The word ZUMBA means "move fast and have fun" in Spanish. It transports with its wild and sunny Latin rhythms (salsa, merengue, cumbia, calipso, reggaeton, etc.) and offers excellent cardiovascular exercise. Thanks to its dynamic, captivating and festive music, it's beneficial for morale. Successfully, since then, many millions of people around the world have become followers of this physical activity.

Who is it for? Designed for the general public, the ZUMBA can be practiced by all those who want to have fun during training and lose weight. People of all ages are welcome. There are different routines, designed for all ages and for all physical conditions.
What is it for? The purpose of the ZUMBA is to stimulate calorie consumption in order to obtain a weight loss given by the variable intensity of the exercise. The area on which we act mainly is that of legs and buttocks but also the upper part put under stress by specially designed choreographies.
What do you need to do it at home? Just a pair of sneakers and a classic sports outfit. Don't forget a bottle of water and a towel, it will be very useful!
