What is it for? Functional training aims at the overall development of conditional abilities (strength, endurance, power), coordination skills (balance, motor and postural control, agility, motor adaptation ...) and joint mobility
What do you need to do it at home? Functional training is based on exercises that mimic the movements the body performs on a daily basis and therefore uses only the body and its movement as the core of the exercises. The use of a mat to protect the back for exercises on the floor is advised.
