What do you need to do it at home? A min-trampoline is required for rebounding. The use of a mini-trampoline with elastic bungees is recommended to spring ones to make the bounce softer and with less impact on joints. The use of a mini-trampoline with a safety bar allows additional balance or higher cardio training intensity. Additional props: weights, resistance band, medical ball.
