STRETCHING is an important activity allowing to keep flexibility. Our class consists of a series of stretching exercises as well as techniques for self-massage to release muscle contraction and move better.

Who is it for? Stretching and self-massage are for those wanting to alleviate constant muscle contraction created by daily tension.
What is it for? Stretching of the muscles along with simple massage techniques allow release of contracted muscles, getting back to a corrected posture alignment, relieving inflammation.
What do you need to do it at home? The use of a mat to protect the back when working laying down on the floor is recommended. To intensify the stretching resistance bands, roller, ring or medical balls can be used. In addition, different size balls can be used for the self-massage.
